Saint-Nectaire: not to be missed.


First served at the table of King Louis XIV by Marshal Henry de Sennecterre, nowadays Saint-Nectaire is both not-to-be-missed and deliciously tasty. Manufactured using unpasteurised milk, the Saint-Nectaire farm is AOP certified. It is exclusively produced, processed and crafted in the mountains of the regional departments of Puy-de-Dôme and Cantal, in the heart of the Auvergne volcanic nature park. Its flesh has a soft, creamy texture. Bite in to reveal a delicious hint of hazelnut that instantly leads to the plea: “More!” Whether you decide on a quarter half or whole Saint-Nectaire, it will easily slip into your basket.
